Holiday Trivia - Diane A.S. Stuckart

It's time for Holiday Trivia and today's host is Diane A.S.Stuckart. Leave answers and email for a chance to win. Winner will be chosen on December 19th.

As author of the Black Cat Bookshop Mystery series featuring Hamlet the Cat and his person, Darla Pettistone, I had no choice but to make my Christmas trivia entry cat-themed. But, let me tell you, tracking down Christmas trivia of the feline variety is not the easiest task. Cats have the Halloween market cornered, but when it comes to Christmas…eh, not so much.

Fortunately, I found a few fun questions that might stump all but the most clever of humans, as Hamlet would say. He’ll draw one winner from the names of all entrants who answer all the below questions correctly. I’ll send that winner a signed copy of my latest Black Cat Bookshop Mystery, PLOT BOILER. So, let’s give it a whirl!

1. A superstition claims that a meowing cat on Christmas is bad luck.
True or False?

2. To keep your cat from climbing your Christmas tree, try hanging this in its branches:
a. Orange peels
b. Banana peels
3. Potato peels

3. What is the title of the popular Christmas album sung entirely by cats that made Billboard's Top 10 Holiday Album List for 1994?

4. The Yule Cat is:

a. A fancy log in the shape of a cat to be burned on Christmas Eve.
b. An Icelandic monster that roams about the countryside during the Christmas season.
c. Any cat that is born on December 25.

5. What Christmas gift did Odie the dog give to Garfield in A Garfield Christmas
