  1. I like that they usually are a part of a series. I also like that there is some romance but the books do not make a big focus on them.

  6. Such lovely covers! I love cozy because they are refreshing and fun. There is not graphic language, violence, or sex. Cozies are a wonderful break from today's world.

  7. I like cozies because they are not R or X rated~there's not all of the blood and gore, violence, profanity and sex that is so common now. These mysteries have a plot, well-developed characters and don't rely on sex and violence to sell.

  8. I like cozies because the stories are usually interesting and light-hearted. There is some romance without all the details. Humor. A crime that needs to be solved. And it is usually solved by someone like me. I could be that character. The authors usually make me feel like I am right there. And the covers are usually so interesting! Thank you, authors and illustrators!

  12. I love cozy mysteries for a few reasons. They always offer hope and leave you with a good feeling. The murders are not graphic, but they make me think and appeal to my puzzle solving side. I especially like the ones where I get a recipe, a craft pattern , or information on the subject of the series. Ex. Joanne Carl chocolate series. If I want blood, guts, Gore, terror, and depression I can watch the nightly news or Friday the 13th part 29 . THANK YOU COZY AUTHORS!!! You fill a real need for me....it's called ENTERTAINMENT!!!!!
