The Sayers swindle by Victoria Abbott

Then the entire family disappears—and a dead body shows up.  It’s up to Jordan to collect the clues—and make sure a killer gets booked.

Staged to Death by Karen Rose Smith
Staged to DeathInterior designer Caprice De Luca has created a profitable subniche by becoming a home stager for clients preparing to sell their homes. Recently, Caprice has been working with an old friend, Roz, and her husband, Ted. Their castle-motif home features Ted's extensive knife and dagger collection. Unfortunately, one of those valuable daggers is used to kill him off. Disagreeable Ted had plenty of enemies: he was having an affair, his company has problems, and even the gardener hated him. Roz begs Caprice to help since the police suspect her, so Caprice starts poking around. Thanks to Caprice's large family and small-town connections, the clues pile up. In classic amateur fashion, there's a fair amount of blundering, but two good-looking guys, a couple of sisters, and a cooperative police department all make it work out. VERDICT Prolific series author Smith (Marrying Dr. Maverick) shows her romance chops with her debut cozy mystery set in small-town Pennsylvania. Her mystery plot leaves readers in the dark for a few too many pages, though, leading to a sudden, abrupt ending. That said, the ensemble cast is charming.

The Vanishing Thief by Kate Parker
The Vanishing ThiefGeorgia Fenchurch appears to be an unassuming antiquarian bookseller in Victorian London, but the life she leads is as exciting as any adventure novel. For Georgia is a member of the Archivist Society, a secret association of private investigators led by the mysterious Sir Broderick.
When a frantic woman comes to Georgia claiming that her neighbor, Nicholas Drake, has been abducted by the notorious Duke of Blackford, Georgia and the Archivist Society agree to take the case. But Drake is no innocent—he is a thief who has been blackmailing many of the leading members of London society. To find Drake and discover who is behind his abduction, Georgia and her beautiful assistant, Emma, will have to leave the cozy confines of their bookshop and infiltrate the inner circles of the upper crust—with the help of the dashing but dubious Duke of Blackford himself.
But the missing thief and his abductor are not the only ones to elude Georgia Fenchurch. When she spies the man who killed her parents years ago, she vows to bring him to justice once and for all…at any cost.

Deathbed and Breakfast: A Pookotz Sisters Mystery

Overview

Richard Forester, a retired CEO for a major software company, and his granddaughter Penny show up at the Pookotz Bed & Breakfast one evening and find themselves in some rather unpleasant company. All the guests somehow seem to be connected to Richard's past and when he is found dead the next morning, everyone is suspect. However, there are a few wrinkles that the inn's owners Edna and Mildred Pookotz need to iron out as the investigation unfolds. Not only was Richard deathly ill, but he was also accused of embezzling $750,000 which is still unaccounted for. The local Sheriff suspects that this victim's death is not a natural one, so he--and the sisters--set forth to discover who the murderer is.

my review:

Bart Gilbertson has written such an intriguing and fast-paced whodunit story.  He pulls you into the story right from the start where you immediately you are drawn to each one. when the murder of Richard takes place you get pulled into finding out who did it when everyone could have. Richard was already sick to begin with but the sherrif isn't convinced that this was a death of natural causes. read this exciting book and find out what happened to Richard and why.

Thank you for letting me be a part of this tour. I hope that everyone who loves a great mystery will go out and get this book, you will have hours of fantastic reading.

All Fudged Up by Nancy Coco-- my review

I loved reading All Fudged up by Nancy Coco !!!!!

All Fudged Up

I had a great time reading this book!!Nancy did an amazing job at pulling you in to the story. Allie is back home to take care of the McMurphy. She knew that there was much to be done to get the hotel and fudge shop up and running. But she had to do it for her grandfather.  So when she finds the body of Joe Jessup dead in her utility closet and can't explain how it happened ,she becomes the prime suspect. Allie knew she didn't kill anyone, all she had to do was prove it and before the Hotel was ready to open for business.
I enjoyed getting to know the characters in this book and am eagerly awaiting the release of the next adventure to Mackinac island!

You will not want to miss out on the delicious read!!!

The Seduction of Miriam Cross by W.A.Tyson

Happy Friday everyone,

Today I am pleased to be part of the Seduction of Miriam Cross book tour.

Can Delilah figure out who killed Miriam
Cross . . . . before she becomes the killer's next target?

Miriam Cross, author, feminist and philanthropist, disappears from her Philadelphia home. A year later, a lonely recluse named Emily Cray is brutally murdered in her bed in a small Pennsylvania town. Miriam and Emily are one and the same. As Delilah and her staff of female detectives - a militant homemaker, an ex-headmistress and a former stripper - delve into Miriam’s life, they become submerged in an underworld of unfathomable cruelty and greed with implications that go far beyond the gruesome death of one woman or the boundaries of one country. Eventually Miriam’s fight for justice becomes Delilah’s own...until Delilah’s obsession with finding the truth may prove just as deadly.

I am not yet finished with this book but this thriller will keep you on the edge of your seat. The cast of characters are a great bunch you will enjoy getting to know. Riveting and intense, I am eager to find out what will happen.
